Life is about negotiations! Every day is full of them; minuscule or mammoth, with children, with parents, family, friends, colleagues, suppliers, or clients.

Some of us are skilled and wily negotiators who play to win. Some of us are confident about negotiating in one area, but pushovers in another area. And some of us go to pieces in the face of negotiations, fearful of feeling uncomfortable, or being rejected full-stop.
Whatever your skill level, mastery of the art of negotiation is a must, not just to achieve a win, but, more importantly to achieve a win:win.

You will –

  • Learn to recognise opportunities to negotiate.
  • Create a negotiation plan.
  • Understanding your no-go’s and your must-haves.
  • Share tips and techniques to improve your confidence and your chances of positive negotiation outcomes

Learn how to control your voice, body language and how to manage nerves even whilst presenting online. This session helps you feel more confident whilst presenting and invites you to consider the power of gravitas.

There are very few knee trembling things to have to do that are scarier than having to speak in public.
Even the very best speakers we see on the circuit experience nerves, though they’ve usually developed their own strategies for overcoming the jitters.

We assume that some people were born with gravitas when it comes to speaking in public, and some just weren’t. Thought that’s not necessarily the case at all.

In this session, we look at how you can increase your gravitas, and deliver powerful messages that pack a real punch, create connections, and gain respect, whether you’re delivering a live or an online presentation.
You will –

  • Identify what gravitas is, and who has it.
  • Learn how to control your voice, your body language, and how to manage your nerves.
  • Find your presentation style.
  • Learn how to improvise and prepare for presentations, and also for those killer questions.

Problem Solving / Innovation
Session 1 – Tuesday 25th May 2021 – 9:30am – 11am
Session 2 – Tuesday 25th May 2021 – 11:30m – 1pm
Session 3 – Tuesday 25th May 2021 – 2pm – 3:30pm
Session 4 – Tuesday 25th May 2021- 4pm – 5:30pm
Life is never plain sailing! Whatever industry you work in, whatever role you do, it’s likely you’ll be expected to problem solve at some point each day.
Most days will hopefully involve minor run of the mill problems. Occasional days throw up curveballs that are more major, the types that make us want to curl up in a ball in the corner, and dissolve from sight.

Some of us jump straight in and thrive on the challenges problem pose. Others can become overwhelmed and indecisive.
This massively popular session compares and contrasts the best and worst of both approaches, with the end goal of learning to problem solve like a pro!
You will –

  • Understand your problem-solving style, and that of others.
  • Be taken step by step through the elements of the problem-solving process.
  • Learn to build a problem-solving team
  • Share tips and techniques that inspire a more structured approach to problem solving.

If you have any further training requests, please do let us know by emailing coaching@nomoreifsorbuts.co.uk with the title Ingleton Wood sessions.
